Terms and conditions
1. Booking and Payment
- To confirm your booking, a 20% down payment of the total rental amount is required. This down payment is payable online at the time of booking.
- The remaining 80% balance must be paid in cash or by bank transfer upon your arrival at the apartment, when the keys are handed over.
- All bookings are considered firm and final after we have received the down payment.
2. Cancellation
- Cancellation by the guest: In the event of a cancellation from your side less than 30 days before your arrival, the 20% down payment is non-refundable.
- Cancellation by the owner: In the event that we have to cancel for a reason beyond our control, a full refund of all amounts paid will be issued to you.
- Check-in: Check-in to the apartment is between 3 PM and 9 PM, unless agreed upon beforehand. The keys will be handed over in person.
- Check-out: Check-out from the apartment must be done before 11 AM, unless agreed upon beforehand.
4. Security Deposit
6. Liability We decline all responsibility in case of theft, loss, or damage to your personal belongings during your stay. We recommend you purchase adequate travel insurance.

- A security deposit of 150 € will be required upon your arrival. It will be used to cover any potential damages to the apartment or its contents, or the cost of necessary repairs.
- This security deposit will be fully refunded to you at the end of your stay, after a satisfactory check-out inspection.
